| As society made its progresses, the universe could not escape from the influences of environmental pollution. The rapid developments exhausted natural resources, and pollution on a planetary scale, as well as satellites and spaceships abaondoned in space, reached dangerous levels, interfering with the normal planet operations. Electronic radio wave pollutions, the destruction of the natural ecology of the universe, and sabotage and monopoly of ancient cultural relics were criticized as playing major parts in disturbing the natural balance of the universe. There had been outspoken opinions on the need to preserve the universal environment in the past, but pollution reached dangerous and critial levels before these opinions were recognized and organized into an academia.
