According to the Primitive Language theory, all organisms possess a common knowledge of language from the moment they are born. If this language could be developed so that all languages could be translated to this primitive language, it would also be possible to translate and interpret all languages. The Universal Translator is the product of these ideas. Through translating all languages into the primitive language, and reinterpreting them into various languages, a complete universal translator was born, and all problems of language communication were solved.
